Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing official documentation, coordinating with government authorities, handling visa and license applications, and liaising with the Public Relations Officer (PRO). The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate regulatory processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with Authorities: Communicate and coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies for approvals, permits, and compliance-related matters.
- Drafting Documents: Prepare official correspondence, agreements, reports, and other legal or administrative documents.
- Visa & License Applications: Process applications for employee visas, work permits, business licenses, and renewals while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Liaison with PRO: Work closely with the PRO to facilitate government-related tasks, including document submissions, approvals, and legal formalities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all applications, approvals, and correspondence with authorities.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all company operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling general office administration.
